K&S Mechanical Services is a service oriented company. Our main goal is to provide you, the customer, with a well maintained heating or cooling appliance coupled with a manageable and pleasent experience. If you're not happy with your service call, then we're not happy with our job.

Likewise, our primary focus still revolves around quality. We aim to please with functionality rather than smiles and a lasting job rather than good words. If your work doesn't meet our stringent demands for quality and worksmanship, then we'll be more than happy to work out an arrangement.

This being said, our contractors are still pleasant and easy to deal with. Our pricing schedule is too. We think you'll find that our prices are hard to beat; especially given our level of quality, professional service.
