1) What does HVAC stand for?
- HVAC is an acronym for Heating, Ventilation and Cooling.
2) How does your billing work?
- Every scheduled appearance and hour of work thereafter is billed by our hourly service rate. All of our billing is in 1/2 hour increments except for the first hour. All bills are payable in cash upon completion of the job. Customers will receive invoice upon payment.
3) How long does an avergae installation take?
- Furnace or A/C installation is usually about 1 day (6 hours)
- Appliance installations are usually about 1-3 hours.
* Billing for these jobs is by the job, not by the hour.
4) Do you offer non-hourly rate quotes?
- All installation and maintenance checkup pricing is prearranged.

5) Are your free estimate quotes guarenteed?
- We stand behind our quotes %100. Ocassionaly there are extenuating circumstances that make a quote impossible to meet. You will be notified before billing if this needs to happen in order to negotiate a new offer.
6) What areas do you cover?
- Toronto (GTA), Mississauga, Oakville, North York, Scarborough, Brampton, Etobicoke.*
